Erecto - Men's Health Clinic believes in helping its patients as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Consultations

You always speak to the doctor before you pay, so you know exactly what you are paying for. A consultation may be cancelled and refunded if the request is made before the consultation has taken place. Once a consultation has been completed, the consultation fee is not refundable.

Medicines

Cancellations of medicine orders will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order and before the order has been dispatched. Because medicines are prepared against a doctor's prescription and cannot be resold, orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled or returned.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt (photos of the package and contents help us resolve it faster). After verification, we will replace the item or refund it.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are initiated within 1-2 working days to your original payment method via Razorpay; the time for the amount to reflect in your account then depends on your bank or card issuer.
